Stroller Strides is more than just a stroll in the park. It is a great way to get in shape, meet new moms, and spend quality time with your kiddo(s)! Using the stroller, exercise tubing, and the great outdoors we get fit while having fun!

The Westgate City Center class meets MWF at 9:30am at Fountain Park, just south of the AMC Theater. Please arrive 15 minues early to sign-in and get the kiddo(s) buckled in for the workout!
